Alfie - what an evening.  My wife thoroughly enjoyed the "informality" of the evening; you showed a true Northern friendliness and the banter with the audience was great (Robert Plant - Rock God / Wolves supporter!!!).

The singing was as good as expected - "Bring him home" - what can I say.  Led Zep's Kashmir blew me away - unexpected and the enthusiasm from all was obvious.  The orchestra were great - guy on the kettle drums really giving it rice.

I love "Nimrod" and Laura Wrights singing was very emotional.

A terrific night - look forward to seeing you again.
